About the services
Which organisations is Stoit Risk & Safety for?
Organisations seeking external support with safety culture, training, initial risk reviews or crisis preparedness. An introductory conversation helps identify an approach suited to the environment and challenge.
Are other assignments possible?
Yes. The services are a starting point. Other assignments are possible by agreement where the required expertise and support are a good fit.
The assignment
Can an assignment be entirely remote?
It depends on the work involved. Documentation can often be handled online. Training or understanding the workplace may require attendance. We agree on this in advance.
How much does the support cost?
Costs are set out in a proposal based on the scope of the assignment. They are agreed before work begins, with any travel expenses listed separately.
Working together
How is the quality of the work maintained?
The assignment, outcome and scope of support are agreed in advance. The content is discussed with the client. Where specialist knowledge or formal authority is required, the need for additional expertise is discussed.
How are employees of the client organisation involved?
Employees and managers from your organisation contribute knowledge of their own workplace. Depending on the assignment, this can involve discussions, toolbox talks or exercises. Their experience helps tailor advice and measures to everyday practice.
Getting acquainted
Does an introductory conversation create any obligations?
The conversation explores which support fits your challenge. Where there is a suitable assignment, a proposal follows. Work begins only once the scope and costs are agreed.
What information helps in an initial message?
A brief description of the challenge and the intended outcome helps with an initial conversation. The preferred way of working, remotely or on site, is also useful. Confidential files are not needed in an initial email.
